Councillor calls for traffic management system in mid Kerry village

A Kerry County Councillor is looking for a site visitors administration scheme in a mid Kerry village.

Fianna Fail councillor Michael Cahill says Glenbeigh is in want of a serious improve to its site visitors administration.

He says that Kerry County Council suggested him that security enchancment works are at present being examined – in session with Transport Infrastructure Eire – to facilitate the extra pedestrian/bicycle owner exercise that is anticipated when the South Kerry Greenway is opened.

He says the works are anticipated to go to session in 2023 and be applied topic to needed approvals in 2023/2024
