Man rushed to hospital as gardai probe early morning stabbing in Dublin


A person has been rushed to hospital after a stabbing incident within the early hours of Sunday morning.

Gardai are investigating the assault in Fortunestown Shut, Tallaght that’s believed to have occurred round 6am.

The person’s accidents are usually not regarded as life threatening.

A garda spokesperson stated: “Gardaí are investigating an assault on a person that occurred on the morning of Sunday, 10 th April, 2022, within the Fortunestown Shut space of Tallaght, Dublin 24.

“The injured male was taken to hospital with non-life threatening accidents.

“No arrests have been made at this stage of this ongoing investigation.”
